Mark L. ("Tripp") Fulton, III
Tripp Fulton is an Associate in the firm's Land Use & Zoning, Commercial Litigation, and Real Estate practices. Tripp advises businesses and property owners as they navigate a variety of land use challenges and he regularly represents clients before local administrative agencies and boards of appeals. In his civil litigation practice, Tripp focuses primarily on business disputes and real estate matters and represents clients in state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Hyatt & Weber, Tripp served as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Annapolis, where he advised the City's administration on a range of legal matters and represented the municipality before its Board of Appeals and state and federal courts. Tripp graduated from the University of Maryland and subsequently obtained his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Maryland School of Law. Following law school, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable J. Michael Wachs in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County.
